Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or for made-to-order items. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 7-10 business days, starting at $12.95
- Europe: 10-14 business days, starting at $18.95
- Australia/New Zealand: 10-14 business days, starting at $22.95
- Other International: 14-21 business days, calculated at checkout
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Estimated delivery date
- Direct link to track your package
You can track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
Shipping Addresses
Accuracy is Important
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at [your email]. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Please note that delivery times may vary, and expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes for expedited shipping
- Certain remote or restricted areas (determined at checkout)

Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items

Holidays & Peak Seasons
